Description

The City of Moline is seeking bids for the 2026 Asphalt Project located on 16th Avenue from the Rock Island border to 7th Street. The work includes milling and resurfacing with 3 inches of Polymer Hot Mix Asphalt, concrete patching, sidewalk replacements, ADA ramp installations, utility adjustments, pavement markings, traffic control, and landscaping. Prevailing wages are required for this project as per 820 ILCS 130/1.
