Description
The State of Minnesota is seeking to procure wildfire prevention advertising on billboards for the Department of Natural Resources (DNR). The contractor(s) must provide billboard advertising services at specified locations as listed in Exhibit C of the Sample Contract document. The scope includes production and display of advertisements for six 4-week periods, with artwork provided by the DNR. Questions must be submitted by March 20, 2026, and responses are due by March 24, 2026. The State reserves the right to use any bid resulting from this solicitation.
