The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is seeking bids for a complete shallow water boat package to support its operations. - Government Buyer: - State of Minnesota, Department of Natural Resources (DNR) - OEMs and Vendors: - Go-Devil (boat manufacturer) - Kohler (motor manufacturer) - DNR will also consider DNR-approved comparable alternatives to these OEMs - Products/Services Requested: - One (1) new 2026 or newer Go-Devil 1644 or DNR-approved comparable boat - One (1) newest model year Kohler 25HP Longtail or DNR-approved comparable motor - One (1) new 2026 or newer galvanized roller trailer, rated for less than 2000 lbs, sized and adjusted to fit the specified boat and motor - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All items must be new (2026 model year or newer for boat and trailer; newest model year for motor) - Trailer must be specifically sized and adjusted for the boat and motor in this package - DNR will review and approve any proposed comparable products to the specified OEMs - All bids must be submitted electronically via the Supplier Portal; no email or paper responses accepted - Addendum #1 is included in the solicitation; questions must be submitted by the specified deadline

This solicitation is for the procurement of a shallow water boat package including a new 2026 or newer Go-Devil 1644 or DNR approved comparable boat, a newest model year Kohler 25HP Longtail or DNR approved comparable motor, and a new 2026 or newer galvanized roller trailer rated for less than 2000lbs, sized and adjusted to fit the boat and motor.
