Description
The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for labor, equipment, mobilization, excavation, site preparation, drainage improvements, materials, concrete, tools, transportation, incidentals, and all else necessary to construct sidewalks for access to the north and south restroom utility rooms and the swimming beach outdoor shower at the Walter Mondale Day Use Area of William O'Brien State Park. The project also includes salvage and reinstall of the existing outdoor shower and drainage improvements to construct a swale to divert surface water. Bidders must submit responses electronically through the Swift Portal and comply with all event requirements and attachments. The award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications.
