The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals to provide, load, haul, and spread approximately 600 cubic yards of crushed concrete material across ten Public Water Access entrance roads in Beltrami County. The roads are divided into three separate bid groups, and after spreading the crushed concrete, the entire access road is to be bladed to the parking lot. Bidders must submit responses electronically through the Swift Portal and include all costs such as labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales tax, and use tax in their unit price. The award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting specifications, with the State reserving the right to award by item, group, or total as deemed advantageous.
