Description

The University of Iowa is seeking qualified suppliers to provide Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) training. The training will be provided to approximately 300 to 450 University staff divided into three groups, with certification required for the first two groups. The scope includes providing ITIL v4 Foundation training, additional ITIL trainings as requested, and accommodating various training modalities including in-person, online, and train-the-trainer options. The contract is expected to begin on or about June 1, 2025, and remain in effect through May 31, 2026, with possible extensions.
