Description

This solicitation is for preventative maintenance services on all air handling units and cooling equipment in Tarrant County to extend the life of the HVAC systems. The contract awarded will be for a twelve (12) month period starting from the date of award or notice to proceed. The contract may be renewed for two additional twelve (12) month periods at the option of Tarrant County and approval by the vendor. Prices must remain firm for the entire contract duration.
