The City of Prescott is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified contractors for Job Order Contracting on horizontal construction projects related to stormwater. The contract is for public works horizontal construction projects and will be awarded based on demonstrated competence and qualifications. The contract term is from August 26, 2025, to June 30, 2030, with a total award amount of $4,000,000.
