Description

The City of Farmington is soliciting qualifications-based proposals (RFQPs) from engineering, architectural, and related professional service firms capable of providing a variety of services on an as-needed basis. Services may include engineering, architectural, landscaping, civil, structural, electrical, instrumentation, controls, and other related services. The City intends to award contracts to multiple firms, with project funding potentially coming from City, State, NMDOT, Federal, or specialty funds. Proposals must be submitted electronically by June 2, 2026, and the City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to award contracts based on qualifications rather than price.
