Description

This contract provides for seven wastewater lift station control cabinet awning structures at the following lift stations: LS-30, LS-33, LS-35, LS-40, LS-41, LS-46, and LS-47. Work includes mobilization, TESC controls, excavation for foundations, construction of concrete foundations, disposal of demolished material, fabrication and construction of new awning structures, surface detailing and finishing, brooming, and project closeout. Bids must be sealed and submitted by April 2, 2026, at 2:30 PM to the City Hall Public Works front counter. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder and requires retainage, bid bond, and contract bond.
