Description

The University of Minnesota Facilities Management is soliciting proposals for the inspection, testing, and servicing/maintenance of fire alarm systems installed in buildings on the Twin Cities Campus. The contract includes servicing all existing fire alarm systems and components as described in the RFP. The work involves coordination with designated Team Managers for each district, adherence to NFPA standards, and maintaining detailed records of all inspection and testing activities. Contractors must be qualified with NICET Level II certification and factory training for service work, and be available for 24/7 emergency response.
