The solicitation requires a vendor to train Ministry personnel, primarily probation and parole officers, in the use of the STATIC-99R, STABLE 2007, and ACUTE 2007 risk assessment tools using a Ministry-developed curriculum. Training sessions may also include institutional clinical staff and police officers from around the province. The vendor must deliver up to six training sessions per calendar year, either in-person or virtually, with each session lasting three full consecutive days. Trainers must be certified by Saarna.org and have relevant experience in corrections, policing, or forensic mental health environments.
