The Ministry is seeking construction services to complete the final closure of the Hawkesbury Waterfront Landfill Site under Environmental Compliance Approval No. A470102. The work includes labor, materials, equipment, engineering oversight, testing, monitoring, and reporting to complete the final closure in accordance with approved technical specifications and applicable laws. The scope covers mobilization, site surveys, health and safety plans, environmental protection plans, excavation, earthworks, installation of the final landfill cover system, drainage construction, landfill gas vents installation, and project management. A mandatory site meeting is scheduled for May 20, 2026, and the bid closing date is June 5, 2026.
