The City of Chestermere is seeking proposals from qualified proponents with demonstrated experience in workplace beverage programs to establish a consistent, reliable, and cost-effective coffee service for four City facilities: City Hall, Fire Hall, RCMP Detachment, and Community Operations. The successful proponent will supply and deliver coffee and beverage-related products and, where applicable, provide equipment and service support. The service will operate through a repeatable ordering and fulfillment model ensuring timely replenishment, product continuity, and responsive issue resolution to support day-to-day City operations. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 6, 2026, at 9:30 am MT.
