Pasco County requests proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction and construction services for the Bob Thomas Memorial District Park at Two Rivers project in Pasco County, Florida. The CMAR will coordinate with an architectural and engineering consultant through the design and construction phases. The selected CMAR will manage and complete the design of all required engineering, permitting, and construction administration of the new park. The project will be managed by the County’s Parks, Recreation, and Natural Resources and Facilities Management Departments.
