This Invitation to Tender is issued by the Health Organization for an Electrical Contractor to replace two existing obsolete automatic transfer switches (ATSs) rated 800 A each with two new units at Queens Park Care Center. The scope includes updating the existing Master Control Panel programming to control the new ATSs. The contractor must employ the existing Essential System equipment supplier, IEM Industrial Electrical Mfg., to provide the new ATSs and modify the Master Control Panel. The contract includes a Cash Allowance to cover the cost of ATS supply and MCP modifications. The anticipated ready-for-takeover date is approximately February 2027.
