Description

The City of Santa Ana is seeking proposals from qualified firms and organizations to provide on-call materials testing and special inspections services. The scope of services is detailed in Exhibit 1 of the solicitation document. The agreement term is initially one year with the possibility of four one-year extensions, not exceeding five years total. Proposals must be submitted electronically via PlanetBids by May 21, 2026, and all questions must be submitted prior to May 7, 2026.
