The contract is for a multi-year period with an initial one-year term and options to renew for two additional one-year periods. The solicitation requires suppliers to be licensed with ISU Trademark and to provide detailed quotes with firm pricing for the first year. The university intends to award the contract to one supplier but reserves the right to award to multiple suppliers if in its best interest.
