Iowa State University of Science and Technology (ISU) is seeking suppliers for branded uniforms and accessories for ISU Dining Services. - Government Buyer: - Iowa State University of Science and Technology (ISU) - ISU Dining Services - OEMs and Vendors: - Port Authority - Core 365 - Gildan - Port & Company - Sierra Pacific - Products Requested: - Short sleeve button down shirts (Port Authority S508, 27 units) - Moisture wicking polos (Core 365 88181, 78181, 88192, 78192; red and black; various quantities) - Tees with custom screenprint designs (Gildan 8000, 1520 and 98 units) - Pocket tees (Port & Company PC55P/PC55PT, 24 units) - Fleece full zip jackets (Sierra Pacific 3061, 54 units) - Classic red jackets (Port Authority 88189, 8 units) - Softshell jackets (Port Authority J317, 9 units) - Black adjustable caps (Port & Company CP80, 1440 units) - Ball caps (Port Authority C813, 36 units) - Black visors (Port & Company CP45, 24 units) - Black umbrellas (24 units) - Unique Requirements: - Suppliers must be licensed with ISU Trademark to produce ISU-branded materials - Items must match current stock and meet detailed artwork and embroidery specifications - Pricing must remain firm for the first year - Minimum order quantities and lead times required for each item - Estimated annual volumes; orders may vary throughout the year - Contract Structure: - One-year initial term with options for two additional one-year renewals - University may award to one or multiple suppliers as needed

Iowa State University of Science and Technology (ISU) is soliciting information from qualified contractors to provide uniform items including polos, shirts, oxford shirts, hats, and umbrellas for ISU Dining. The contract is for a multi-year period with an initial one-year term and options to renew for two additional one-year periods. The solicitation requires suppliers to be licensed with ISU Trademark and to provide detailed quotes with firm pricing for the first year. The university intends to award the contract to one supplier but reserves the right to award to multiple suppliers if in its best interest.
