Description
Iowa State University of Science and Technology (ISU) is soliciting information from qualified contractors to provide a new 4-row mounted GPS-controlled precision planter for use by the Plant Science Institute. The planter must have factory-installed equipment and options, and new units should closely match the specifications provided. The planter will be used for planting small to medium size research plots and must include features such as GPS-RTK precision guidance, electronic drive precision vacuum metering units, and the ability to change populations on the go. Delivery is preferred no later than March 15, 2027, and training for ISU employees is required.
