Description

MARC seeks an experienced consultant to develop a regional transportation vulnerability and resiliency plan for the Kansas City region. The project aims to create analytical tools and strategies to enhance the community and transportation system's ability to withstand and recover from disruptive events such as flooding, drought, and extreme heat. This second phase involves inventorying assets, identifying hazards, assessing risks, and developing actionable recommendations for infrastructure upgrades and resilience strategies.
