Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the City of Rio Rancho to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for On-Call Engineering Services for the Public Works Traffic Section. The consultant will be responsible for coordination, engineering, studies, surveys, analyses, and all necessary documents to complete preliminary or final design, construction estimates, specifications, and right-of-way mapping. The consultant may also provide services during construction including office services and construction observation. Additionally, the consultant shall provide manhours or costs as necessary to advance the currently scoped design to an additional phase if budget is available and approved.
