Description

The City of Garland is soliciting bids for the Brazos Street, Trinity Street & Kathleen Court Paving, Water, Wastewater & Drainage Improvements project. The project involves reconstruction and improvements including approximately 6,000 SY of 6" Type 'P1' Concrete Pavement, 1,910 LF of 8-inch water main, 680 LF of wastewater main, and 480 LF of stormwater improvements. Construction will also include sidewalks, sodding, and driveways connected to roadways. The anticipated construction notice to proceed is July/August 2026 with a duration of 200 working days. Bidders must submit sealed bids electronically through Ion Wave by May 19, 2026, 3:00 PM CT, and a 5% bid bond is required with the submission. A performance, payment, and maintenance bond will be required upon award.
