Description
The County of San Mateo is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive, enterprise-level wellness platform and associated services that support the County's commitment to Whole Person Wellbeing. The vendor will deliver an integrated, scalable solution combining a configurable technology platform, advanced data analytics, and program administration services to engage a diverse employee population across departments, worksites, and health plans. The platform must support multi-level customization, including department- and population-specific portals, and enable seamless integration with third-party systems, devices, and applications. Additionally, the County requires the ability to deliver and/or coordinate onsite wellness services, including health coaching, fitness classes, and other wellbeing support, integrated through the platform for a cohesive participant experience and centralized program management.
