San Mateo County Human Resources Department is seeking proposals for an enterprise-level Employee Wellness Portal and associated onsite wellness services. - Government Buyer: - County of San Mateo Human Resources Department, Wellness Program Manager - Products/Services Requested: - Comprehensive, configurable Employee Wellness Platform - Must support multi-level customization by department and population - Integration with third-party systems, devices, and applications - Advanced analytics and real-time/custom reporting - Support for proprietary Health Risk Assessment - Program administration including incentive tracking - Onsite and virtual wellness services - Health coaching - Fitness classes - Biometric screenings - Workshops and other wellbeing support - All services coordinated and managed through the platform - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Platform must be scalable and support a diverse workforce across departments, worksites, and health plans - Emphasis on confidentiality, data privacy, and compliance - Preference for vendors with proven experience in large, complex organizations - Local business preference applies - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Period of Performance: - Initial contract term of three years, with an option to extend for up to two additional years - Anticipated launch at the start of the following calendar year - Place of Performance: - County of San Mateo, primarily at 455 County Center, Room 101, Redwood City, CA 94063

Description

The County of San Mateo is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive, enterprise-level wellness platform and associated services that support the County's commitment to Whole Person Wellbeing. The vendor will deliver an integrated, scalable solution combining a configurable technology platform, advanced data analytics, and program administration services to engage a diverse employee population across departments, worksites, and health plans. The platform must support multi-level customization, including department- and population-specific portals, and enable seamless integration with third-party systems, devices, and applications. Additionally, the County requires the ability to deliver and/or coordinate onsite wellness services, including health coaching, fitness classes, and other wellbeing support, integrated through the platform for a cohesive participant experience and centralized program management.
