Description

The State of North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is seeking an outcome-based comprehensive service to provide brain injury support. The service will support consumers from assessment through job placement, closure, and extended follow-along supports. The model includes a therapeutic cognitive rehabilitative component to assist individuals in adjusting to their functional limitations, whether cognitive, physical, or both.
