Laramie County Community College is seeking bids for the remodel of two rooms in the Health Sciences Building on its Cheyenne, WY campus. Room 205 will be renovated to meet lab space needs including new casework, wall paint, flooring, plumbing for a sink with eyewash, and electrical upgrades. Room 210 will also be renovated with wall paint, flooring, electrical upgrades, and installation of furring walls for owner-provided headwalls, with existing casework and door remaining. Bidders are requested to provide separate pricing for each room.
