Description
The Executive Office of the Governor (EOG) is seeking a vendor to support three key areas: securing and configuring a project domain including domain options, registration, DNS, SSL, hosting, and security setup; designing and developing a static, ADA-compliant website of approximately 3-6 pages aligned with State of Florida branding and including hosting configuration and quality assurance testing; and producing complementary graphic materials such as infographics, icons, and banners consistent with the website design. Vendors must provide evidence of completion, adhere to professional and procurement best practices, and include all associated costs in their quote. The contract period is anticipated to start May 19, 2026, and end June 30, 2026, with a total appropriated amount not to exceed $75,000.
