Description

This contract engages Optiv Security Inc. as a Software Value-Added Reseller (VAR) to provide licenses for application software products including Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS), Modified-off-the-Shelf (MOTS), Low-Code and No-Code Development Platforms, and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) delivered via cloud or on-premise. The contract supports use by public bodies in Virginia and includes provisions for software licensing, maintenance, implementation services, and account management. The contract term extends to March 15, 2028, with seven one-year renewal options. Authorized users include all public bodies as defined by Virginia Code and certain private institutions of higher education.
