The Fraser Valley Regional District is seeking qualified contractors, including Registered Onsite Wastewater Practitioners and/or professional engineers with septic system design experience, to provide septic system design services for the expansion and renovation of the Popkum Fire Hall. The project involves constructing a 5,000 sq ft, two-storey fire hall with twin bays, main floor, upper training room, offices, and renovation of adjoining space. Architectural services were provided by Luteyn Architecture Ltd. in 2025. The procurement aims to meet the growing community needs through this fire hall expansion.
