Description
The University of Iowa is soliciting proposals from qualified suppliers to provide services to assist with the establishment of guardianship and/or conservatorship for certain University patients. The scope includes paying attorney fees related to filing and obtaining guardianship/conservatorship, timely filing with the court, applying for temporary and permanent guardianship simultaneously, cooperating with discharge planning, and completing yearly filings to maintain guardianship until removal or end of life. The successful supplier will perform guardianship duties as granted by the court. The contract duration is initially one year with possible extensions up to five years.
