Description

This solicitation is for concrete overlay services on approximately 15,000 square feet of existing concrete at the San Quentin Rehabilitation Center, California. The contractor will be compensated according to the service rates specified in the Public Works Rate Sheet (Exhibit B-1). The scope includes all labor, travel, materials, supplies, transportation, equipment, insurance, permits, licenses, and bonds necessary to perform the work for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation's Correctional Construction Mentorship Program. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for May 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the project site. The bid submission deadline is June 2, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
