This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for a contract with a vendor to deliver specialized energy industry and public utilities related training services to staff of the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC). The solicitation is open to all private entities, universities, or governmental agencies. Bidders may choose to bid on any subset of the training classes listed, as each class will be evaluated independently. The selected contractors will provide only the training(s) they offer and choose to bid on, as detailed in the cost sheet attachment.
