The Agency of Human Services, Department of Vermont Health Access, seeks to establish contracts with one or more companies to provide Technical Assistance and Actuarial Assistance for Vermont Insurance Marketplace Access and Affordability Strategies. The work includes conducting a statewide assessment to identify and advance policy options, preparing and negotiating federal waivers and applications, advising and supporting program implementation, and providing ongoing technical assistance and subject matter expertise.
