Madison County School System is soliciting proposals for "Turn Key" Custodial Services for all buildings in the school system. The services include all equipment, supplies, and custodial services, including stripping and waxing of floors during the summer excluding gyms. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes by June 1, 2026, and will be evaluated based on criteria outlined in the RFP. The Madison County School System reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive any technicalities.
