Description
The Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development (DWD), on behalf of the West Central Works Workforce Development Board (WCWWDB), is soliciting proposals to retain a One-Stop Operator (OSO). The OSO will coordinate service delivery among required one-stop partners and service providers to ensure meaningful access to all programs through the one-stop delivery system. This solicitation will result in a single award contract administered by either WCWWDB or a Contracting Entity. There is no guarantee of purchase quantity or contract dollar amount.
