The Town of Westlock is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct a comprehensive Commercial and Industrial Gap Analysis to support investment attraction, land management, and economic development strategies under its 2026–2030 CEDS. The project includes a Commercial Gap Analysis involving market research, community surveys, site visits, retail analysis, and tenant attraction strategies, and an Industrial Gap Analysis focusing on industrial land supply, demand, capacity, and regional supply chain analysis in key sectors. Deliverables include draft and final reports, presentations, maps, charts, public summaries, survey data, attraction strategies, and bi-weekly progress updates.
