Workforce Solutions North Texas (WSNT) is seeking a qualified subrecipient to manage and operate Child Care Services (CCS) across the North Texas Workforce Development Area. - Government Buyer: - Workforce Solutions North Texas Board (WSNT) - Administration office located in Wichita Falls, TX - Scope of Services: - Comprehensive management and operation of child care services at multiple Workforce Centers - Responsibilities include: - Staffing and management of CCS operations - Client eligibility determination and provider recruitment - Financial management, including provider payments, claims processing, and overpayment management - Data integrity, internal monitoring, and compliance with federal and state regulations - Coordination with local and state agencies (e.g., DFPS, Texas Workforce Commission, HHSC, local school districts, Head Start, community organizations) - Enhanced reimbursement rates for certain providers - Fraud prevention and ongoing staff training - Quality assurance and high-quality customer service - Use of specified technology systems (WIT, TIERS, TWC Mainframe, SAFE Toolbar, CLI Engage, Cabinet/SAFE, PIRTS, TX3C, TECPDS) - Locations: - Services to be performed at Workforce Centers in Wichita Falls, Bowie, Graham, and Vernon, TX, as well as throughout the 11-county North Texas Workforce Development Area - Notable Requirements: - Strict adherence to reporting, audit, and data security requirements - Collaboration with community and government entities - No physical facilities or IT equipment provided by WSNT; subrecipient must provide necessary resources - Estimated Contract Value: - Approximately $10.5 million for the first year, with a total estimated value up to $42 million over the contract term - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named, as this is a service management solicitation
