Description

The United States Space Force Contracting Squadron (30 CONS PK) Vandenberg SFB, CA intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price purchase order to BRAGG INVESTMENT COMPANY, INC. 6242 N Paramount Blvd Long Beach, CA 90805, USA, to remove a malfunctioning John Deere Power Tech PSS 9.0L 6-cylinder engine and replace it with a re-manufactured or rebuilt equivalent, reprogram the Engine Control Module (ECM), and conduct functional testing to ensure the vehicle's road-worthiness. The anticipated award date ison or around 15 May 2026.

The statutory authority which permits sole source for this acquisition is 41 United States Code (USC) 1901, as implemented by RFO 12.102(a). This authority is supported by an approved Single Source Justification. It is the Government's intent to proceed with this sole-source action. The applicable NAICS code is 811310. The size standard as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration is $12.5 Million.
