The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, under the Department of Health and Human Services, is seeking qualified healthcare professionals to provide nonpersonal Family Nurse Practitioner or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse services at federal health facilities in Arizona. - Government Buyer: - Indian Health Service (IHS), Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS), Chinle Service Unit - Services Requested: - Two (2) Family Nurse Practitioners and/or Advanced Practice Registered Nurses - Nonpersonal services for outpatient primary care, walk-in acute care, emergency care, chronic and acute illness management, and coordination with allied health professionals - Service locations: Pinon Health Center and Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility - Each period (base and option) requires 2,080 hours of service - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) - Providers must meet specific certification, licensing, and background check requirements - Contract allows for short-term assignments and intermittent support as needed - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named, as this is a healthcare staffing procurement
