Description

The Department of National Defence requires the establishment of one or more Standing Offers for the supply and delivery of flags and pennants on an as-and-when-requested basis. The Standing Offer will be valid for five years from issuance, with call-ups issued by the Directorate of Land Procurement. Delivery points include 25 CF Supply Depot Montréal and 7 CF Supply Depot Edmonton. Offers will be evaluated based on compliance with technical criteria and price, with the lowest evaluated price for each item being recommended.
