The FBI's Laboratory Division, Evidence Response Team Unit, is seeking information from vendors for Security Identification Gear and related services to support its operations at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. - Government Buyer: - Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Laboratory Division, Evidence Response Team Unit - Products and Services Requested: - Security identification apparel and gear bags - Garment customization services, including: - Embroidery - Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) logo application - Silk screening - Heat transferred reflective material (including 3M reflective material) - Direct to Film (DTF) printing - General alterations - Website creation and management, with features such as: - Online ordering - Allotment and bulk order management - User account types (standard and administrative) - Approval chains for orders - Product customization options - Order history tracking - Notable Requirements: - Delivery of products and services within 30 days - Website must support product customization and order management workflows - No specific OEMs, vendors, part numbers, or quantities are specified at this stage - This is a Request for Information (RFI) to inform future competitive solicitations

Description

Response to this Request for Information (RFI) may be used to formulate final requirements and/or to identify qualified vendors capable of meeting those requirements.  The description below outlines preliminary requirements envisioned for Security Identification Gear.  The preliminary requirement includes apparel, creating a website, and garment customizations (embroidery, Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) logo, silk screening, heat transferred reflective material, and Direct to Film (DTF), and general alterations).  The information gathered from responses may be used to formulate acquisition strategies for competitive solicitations.
