Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) intends to upgrade and retrofit Basler ECS-2100 excitation control systems at four hydropower sites across the Savannah, Mobile, and Charleston Districts. The project includes engineering, design, manufacturing, factory testing, delivery, demolition, installation, integration, commissioning, training, and documentation to replace obsolete digital control hardware, improve reliability, maintainability, and diagnostic capability, and standardize excitation technology across multiple powerhouses.For detailed information regarding the scope of work, requirements, and submission instructions, please refer to the attached Sources Sought document.
