Martha - Products/Services Requested: - Leasing of various non-armored, diesel, left-hand drive, automatic transmission vehicles, including: - 33 Large Sport Utility Vehicles (4WD) - 23 Pickup Trucks with Extended Cab (4WD) - 16 Heavy Duty Pickup Trucks with Crew Cab (4WD) - 13 15-Passenger Vans (2WD) - 16 Heavy Duty Sport Utility Vehicles (4WD) - 2 Flat Bed Trucks (4WD) - 5 25-Passenger Buses - Vehicle maintenance and repair services, including scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, insurance, roadside assistance, and replacement vehicles - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; vehicles must meet detailed safety and operational standards - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All vehicles must be diesel, left-hand drive, automatic transmission, and meet specified safety and operational standards - Contractor is responsible for delivery, maintenance, insurance, and timely replacement of vehicles - Roadside assistance must be available within 80 KM of Camp Lemonnier - Place of Performance: - Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti (U.S. Naval Expeditionary Base) - Period of Performance: - Lease period begins 30 days after contract award, with vehicles delivered within 30 days of award; ongoing maintenance and replacement throughout contract duration
