1) Description
The New Mexico Air National Guard (NMANG) is seeking capable and responsible sources to perform a boiler replacement project in Building 1047 at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and identify businesses with the capability to execute the work described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The project requires the contractor to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to demolish and replace two existing boilers. The government's estimated completion time for this project is 180 calendar days. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $250,000.00 - $350,000.00 In the event adequate Small Business firms are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted.
2) Scope of Work. See attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW). (Attachment 2)
3) Submission Requirements. This notification shall not exceed five typewritten pages and must include:
A positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor, Completed and signed source sought information request form. (Attachment 1) A listing of projects completed during the past five years, both for government and private industry. The type of project, dollar value, Contract number, location, and Point of Contact are to be included. Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor, and if subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor. A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract.
