This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1333MJ26Q0009 is issued as a Request for quotation (RFQ) for one (1) Methane Gas Analyzer. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. See SF1449 for line item Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: One (1) commercial methane gas analyzer, brand name or equal to the Aeris Technologies MIRA Ultra (Part Number 95.000053). Salient Characteristics:

Utilizes Mid-infrared Absorption (MIRA) technology for trace gas monitoring. Highly portable, lightweight form factor suitable for benchtop, mobile laboratory, tower, or drone/aircraft deployments. High-precision, parts-per-billion (ppb) measurement capability for Methane (CH4) and Ethane (C2H6) dry mole fractions to distinguish between biogenic and thermogenic sources. Must include or seamlessly integrate with a Nafion dryer (for moisture correction), external pump, and flow control. Near real-time automated data transmission capabilities. Measurement precision of 1 ppb for CH4 in one second at approximately 2000 ppb CH4 Data output should be available via ethernet port or USB connection. The size of the optical component (temperature-controlled cell and detector) must be no larger than 7” x 8” x 5” (not including associated electronics and gas handling components). Power consumption < 25W at steady state Must be compatible in size, power, and electrical and data connections with the Aeris MIRA Ultra portable gas analyzer
