Description
The Maryland Department of Health is seeking proposals to review the implementation progress of the Maryland State Plan to Address Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias for 2022-2026. The work includes leading a strategic planning and engagement process to update the Plan for 2027-2031. The contractor will also produce web-ready and physical copies of the updated Plan and an accompanying presentation slide deck. The updated Plan will be distributed to stakeholders across Maryland to guide interventions addressing the ADRD burden in the state.
