Fulton County, Georgia is seeking development proposals from qualified developers or development teams to redevelop two county-owned parcels located on Fulton Industrial Circle. The selected developer will undertake tasks including conducting environmental review, refining development concept and financial model, negotiating agreement terms with the County, obtaining project entitlements, and securing project funding. These tasks will be performed between selection and signing of the Development Agreement and related documents. The project involves redevelopment of approximately 8.1 acres of county-owned sites.
