Description

The Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) proposals from professional engineering firms qualified to perform engineering design for the construction of gate tower safety improvements at North Fork of Smith Dam and Nevada Creek Dam, both owned by the DNRC. The consultant's work will consist of evaluating an existing design for ladder safety, fall protection, personnel retrieval capabilities, and electric/lighting installation with the gate tower to comply with current OSHA standards. The project includes designing and providing updated plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) for the improvements at the site. Communication with State staff is restricted to the procurement officer until an award is made.
