The U.S. Army at Fort Riley, Kansas, is seeking a contractor to provide heavy crane rental and rigging services to support the movement of non-mission capable military equipment, including M1A2 Abrams Tanks, at Camp Funston Rail Yard. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army, 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division - Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Directorate of Contracting, Fort Riley - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or vendors are named in the solicitation - Products/Services Requested: - Rental of one crane capable of lifting up to 73.59 tons with a boom radius of 36-38 feet - Must include rigging equipment: 80-ton sling sets, spreader bars, shackles, taglines - Provision of a qualified crane operator and rigging crew - Delivery, setup, teardown, and removal of the crane and equipment - All necessary maintenance, repairs, and replacement parts during the contract period - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Crane must be capable of hoisting M1A2 Abrams Tanks and similar heavy military vehicles - Contractor responsible for all labor, equipment, permits, and per diem - Work must comply with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) - Set aside for SBA small businesses - Place of Performance: - Camp Funston Rail Yard, Fort Riley, Kansas, including the Railway Operations Center - Period of Performance: - Services required for an 8-day period, with daily operations and possible overtime

Description

Contractor shall provide 1 Crane With operator, to include delivery rigging and tear down to Camp Funston, fort riley Kansas. 

All work shall be completed in accordance with the PWS.
