Hays County, Texas is seeking a vendor to provide Indigent Cremation and Burial Services in strict conformity with applicable Texas laws and regulations, including Chapter 651 of the Texas Occupations Code, the Health and Safety Code, and Texas Funeral Commission Standards. The Hays County Health Department will determine eligibility for indigent burial. The County may also use services secured gratis from agreements with other community sources for listed items.
