Description

The North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) is soliciting bids for the replacement of Pumps 1 and 2, pump motors, and associated piping and valves in the dry well. The project also includes replacement of the harnessed dismantling joint at Pump 3 suction pipe, motor control center and adjustable frequency drives for Pumps 1 and 2, lighting system replacement in the electrical room, SCADA improvements for remote monitoring, and structural repairs to the dry well walls, roof, and roof scuttle curb. Additional work involves replacing the concrete equipment access lid with an aluminum hatch, coating miscellaneous metals inside the lift station dry well, and installation and removal of temporary traffic controls during construction.
